Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module for Saudi Arabian clients, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Design, develop, and test complex Fast Formulas for payroll, absence management, and other business processes.
  • Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM updates and features to provide innovative solutions and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, with extensive experience in Oracle Payroll (Saudi) and a strong understanding of Saudi payroll rules, social insurance (GOSI), and end-of-service (EOS) calculations.

As a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and scalable payroll solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored advice to ensure seamless implementation.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM consulting, particularly in Saudi Arabia
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle Payroll (Saudi) and its associated rules and regulations
  • Strong understanding of payroll, absence management, and talent management processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
