Job Title: Fusion HCM Senior Technical ExpertThis is a senior-level technical role that requires expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in US and Canada Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll data extracts, RTF templates, BIP and OTBI development, as well as SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support payroll data extracts for US and Canada regions.
  • Update RTF templates and work on BIP and OTBI development.
  • Strong SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming skills are required.
  • Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRA is essential.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical development, with strong knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Master's degree or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or relevant fields is preferred.
