Key Leadership Role in Talent Acquisition and Development

About the Role
Max Life Insurance is seeking a skilled Chief Manager to lead our talent acquisition and development efforts. This key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to meet our existing and expected vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, and develop frontline sales/operations personnel to drive business growth.
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies to ensure year-end manpower plans are met.
- Spearhead on-boarding initiatives to ensure new hires are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
Talent Management
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
- Develop and manage performance metrics to measure talent management effectiveness.
Estimate Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1200,000 - ₹1800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
