Lead a highly skilled team to assist with talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Work closely with the resourcing/business team to forecast recruitment timelines and ensure effective resource allocation.

Handle all levels of hiring, from junior/entry-level to leadership positions.

Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions for campus hiring.

Develop and manage the annual recruitment budget.

Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges, job boards, payroll vendors, HR software vendors, and recruitment firms.

Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company's brand and attract candidates.
