Role OverviewThis Senior Associate Talent Acquisition position plays a pivotal role in addressing the pressing challenge faced by the development sector – finding passionate individuals to tackle the most critical human development issues. We believe that exceptional talent is the foundation upon which successful organizations are built.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, collaborating with leadership and program teams to understand hiring needs, identifying talent requirements, and mobilizing avenues to source high-potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives for assigned roles, encompassing application tracking system management, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Collaborate with leadership and program teams to comprehend their recruitment requirements and facilitate effective hiring processes
- IDentify ideal candidate profiles for assigned roles through thorough analysis and research
- Explore innovative strategies to attract top talent and enhance the overall recruitment experience
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
- Design and execute critical projects aimed at enhancing talent acquisition processes and outcomes
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in front-end or people-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Passion for developing outstanding talent for the development sector
- Strong outcome orientation and ability to drive results within specified timelines
- Creative thinking skills to innovate processes and create exceptional candidate experiences
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively when required
- Prior experience in recruitment is an added advantage
- Prior experience in the development sector is a plus
- Intermediate data analysis skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets
