Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar HR role, with expertise in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. You should also have hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards, as well as familiarity with various selection methods.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment strategies to address them. You will also oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.

You will use your knowledge of HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools to streamline our hiring process and improve candidate experience. Additionally, you will maintain relevant trackers and determine recruiting KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards

  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • MBA in human resources or a similar relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law
