Talent Enablement Strategist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Talent Enablement Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end global recruiting operations across multiple project workstreams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- As a Talent Enablement Strategist, you will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition function.
- You will drive process improvement initiatives, facilitate training workshops, and develop talent intelligence reports to optimize recruiting workflows.
- Assess current recruitment processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the candidate experience.
- Scale and evolve our programs to address changing business needs, track progress, and report results to the team and company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and talent enablement to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful talent acquisition projects and programs.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment processes, and digital fluency with Workday and emerging HR/TA tech tooling.
- Experience with change management, collaboration building, and facilitating training or corporate presentations to large groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to tailor communications for maximum impact based on the audience type and level.

- You possess excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
