Maersk is seeking a skilled Talent Management Strategist to lead the transformation of our organization's talent management processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent management practices, employee engagement strategies, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Talent Management, aligning with the organization's goals, PF vision, industry standards, and specific talent management challenges.
- Utilize AI and process automation to refine talent development programs, improve employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, internal mobility, and succession planning processes.
- Conduct thorough research on employee experiences within the organization, focusing on development, retention, and internal mobility, and use these insights to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive platforms and tools that support talent management processes, including performance management, learning & development, internal mobility, and succession planning processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to define and prioritize product features that enhance talent management capabilities, such as advanced analytics for talent development, succession planning tools, and AI-enabled talent mobility platforms.
- Enhance the employee interface with our talent management systems, ensuring user-friendly navigation, clear communication, and effective support mechanisms.
- Ensure robust data integration across HR systems to provide a comprehensive view of talent management efforts and outcomes.
- Manage Agile development processes using tools like JIRA to develop user stories, groom backlogs, manage Sprints, and develop product roadmaps.
- Oversee the refinement of product designs and prototypes, focusing on the unique needs of talent management.
- Lead the launch of new talent management features, facilitating smooth adoption and minimizing impact on existing HR processes.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding product developments, new features, and performance metrics.
- Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management platforms, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data and insights to assess opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Digital/Software Product Manager in Talent Management or related areas.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies including usage of JIRA and sprint management.
- Workday certification is preferred especially on Performance, Succession, and Talent modules.
- Strong understanding of Learning platforms e.g. Cornerstone, and AI-enabled talent marketplace platforms.
- Deep understanding of talent management practices, employee engagement strategies, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Strong IT background/ understanding with experience in developing HR-related software or platforms.
- Proficiency in UI design for HR platforms and tools.
- Analytical skills focused on evaluating talent management initiatives and outcomes.
