Job Description
As a Business Development Associate - Global Drone Software Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our software platform for the drone industry worldwide. You'll manage relationships with our global partner and customer network, solve business problem statements using a consultative approach, and create awareness about drone autonomy and its applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualify & nurture leads from across the world, converting MQLs to SQLs and paid customers while tracking conversion rates, timelines, and cost of customer acquisition.
  • Build and explain the business case for FlytBase's offerings via presentations, face-to-face meetings, and trade shows.
  • Work with partners to help them with techno-commercial proposals, tenders, docking station hardware, and enterprise integrations.
  • Analyze the competitive context for FlytBase's offerings and leverage Business Intelligence tools to track and optimize relevant business metrics.
  • Automate business operations for quicker turnaround times and provide market and customer insights to product managers and marketing teams.


Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or business and 0+ years of full-time experience in enterprise SaaS marketing and sales. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to identifying customer problems, and a deep understanding of business metrics and growth strategies. Additionally, they should be able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt quickly to meet customer needs, and drive data-driven decision-making.
