
Regional Sales Manager

As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead our business development efforts in the region, driving revenue growth and expanding our dealership network. With 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the bike accessories and helmets sector or in technically-driven products, you will be responsible for aligning regional goals with company objectives and planning to achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of strategic planning, channel management, and business development principles. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related disciplines is preferred, with an MBA being a plus.
You will work closely with dealers, supporting their marketing efforts, coordinating queries with HQ, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your passion for biking is a bonus, but not a requirement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Align regional goals with company objectives and plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Track sales and collections by area, month, and product.
- Channel Management:
- Plan and expand dealership network; assign targets.
- Business Development:
- Identify prospects, grow business from existing accounts, and boost sales.
- Build dealer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
