Regional Human Resources Manager

The role involves leading the regional HR function, responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of HR activities.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to fill this position.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and administration.
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office.
- Oversee housekeeping and pantry operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office facilities.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and other essentials.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- A strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
