Job Description

The Regional HR Manager will lead and oversee human resources operations across multiple locations, ensuring expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance. This role plays a critical part in building strong teams, maintaining smooth HR processes, and aligning people practices with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Guide management and teams on HR best practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent across roles.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Build and manage career development frameworks, including training and mentorship initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and inclusion.
  • Address employee concerns with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions.

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience in HR management (regional or multi-location preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
