As a key player in our mission to deliver exceptional education, the Regional Category Expert will spearhead school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region. This role ensures seamless onboarding of new schools, fosters robust relationships with school leaders, and supports implementation of solutions to maximize student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive expansion through strategic acquisition and onboarding of new school partnerships, aligning with our mission and vision.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools, establishing strong relationships based on a deep understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
      • Support school growth through targeted parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts, ensuring sustainable development and increased market presence.
        • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, guaranteeing smooth transition to the Key Account team, fostering effective collaboration and efficient communication.
          • Monitor key performance metrics, drive timely collections, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the partnership cycle.Ideal Experience Profile:
            • 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition with 2-4 years of leadership roles in sales or business development teams.
            • Pan-India Sales solution delivery experience and successful leadership of large volume, high-quality sales engagements are essential.
            • Proven skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals are required.
            • Ability to travel extensively within designated territories is necessary.
