
Eastern India Regional Growth Leader

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth and revenue across Eastern India.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, develop regional strategies, and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales leaders in key locations.
- Align regional sales execution with national targets.
- Strengthen leadership capacity in Tier 2 & Tier 3 hubs.
Daily Activities:
- Monitor and review city-level sales pipelines.
- Approve high-value proposals and negotiations.
- Conduct client visits to government and institutional buyers.
- Lead regular regional team meetings and progress reviews.
- Submit regular progress reports to the Country Sales Head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT; MBA preferred.
- 6–10 years in sales with at least 3 years managing regional teams.
- Strong familiarity with Eastern India's enterprise & government ecosystem.
Required Skills:
- Regional enterprise/government sales leadership.
- Consultative selling & negotiation at CXO level.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) & KPI dashboards.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and one Eastern regional language (Odia, Bengali, Assamese, etc.).
