Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead revenue growth and drive performance metrics for a region. This individual will be responsible for owning business-critical initiatives, such as product launches and process improvements.

  • Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.
  • Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious city team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Develop the ecosystem for successful design experiences for both internal teams and customers.
  • Owning quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services for the region.
  • Ability to drive and meet KPIs like successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat/happy customer experience, E-sat/happy team members.
  • Be the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace, so constant feedback comes in and helps improve continuously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in B.Design/Civil or equivalent. MBA would be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills.
