Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing
  • Identify new prospects through online and offline channels.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and nurture relationships through regular communication and tailored interactions.
  • Sales & Deal Closure
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Manage negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements and own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer onboarding.
  • Account Management
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs deeply and propose tailored solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell potential.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Share data-driven insights internally to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
  • Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the EV industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
