Responsibilities

- Manage distribution networks to ensure effective partner relationships and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients' insurance needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on tied agency/business partner channel management or similar role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationship building.
- Strong understanding of distribution management principles, including channel development and optimization strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
