The role of an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager involves overseeing the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for a designated region. This includes managing data to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and tracking other key parameters.
- Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
- Service delivery and client retention are also within the scope of this role.
Market intelligence, data analytics, and insights will be provided to the Marketing team to launch promotional and customer communication initiatives effectively.
- Target achievement is essential in the designated areas.
- Mapping new projects & brokers in designated territories and acquiring new projects and brokers to ensure coverage across designated territories.
Relationship management with existing clients is crucial to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.
This role requires a strong background in B2B/Channel sales with 3-5 years of experience and a graduation or post-graduation degree. The ideal candidate should have worked in real estate, possess excellent communication skills, be confident and self-motivated, and have dexterity in creating and delivering presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
