
Senior Business Development Professional

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Development team. This is a high-impact role in a scaling firm where you will drive growth across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline by creating qualified prospect lists using databases, research, and web tools.
- Account intelligence involves tracking news and developments at priority accounts to spot timely opportunities.
- Maintain and manage lead records; enrich prospect attributes; manage list hygiene.
- Run outreach campaigns to secure calls/meetings.
- Orchestrate meetings by scheduling with prospects, managing calendars, and ensuring pre-reads are in place.
- Pitch support includes profiling prospects, tailoring decks, and mapping offerings to needs; supporting follow-ups and next steps.
- Maintain sales collateral such as brochures, pitch decks, templates, and other assets.
- Identify relevant conferences and manage end-to-end preparation.
- Drive lead generation via sales-intelligence platforms and CRM application tools.
Scope to Grow:
- Contribute strategic ideas to improve processes.
- Mentor and manage junior team members over time.
