Job Title: Senior Process Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Process Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working in International KYC, Sanction Screening, and Disputes Credit Card Non-Fraud Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To possess 2+ years of experience in International KYC, Sanction Screening, Disputes Credit Card Non-Fraud Analyst with strong analytical and investigative skills to determine unusual or possible suspicious activity regarding transaction or account activities.
  • To have knowledge of laws applicable to money laundering (APAC/EMEA) and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • To work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet performance targets.
  • To manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Any full-time graduate with willingness to work in any shift, including night shift.
  • Candidates must carry original photo ID proof, education documents, employment documents, and updated CV.
