Job Position: Senior Compliance Officer

This key role in the Legal Department is designed to work with diverse legal skill sets and provide strategic solutions for business operations. We are seeking a seasoned legal professional with 8-14 years' relevant experience in a legal compliance role.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in essential elements of corporate governance, including:

  • Identifying risk factors and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Providing guidance on policy development, procedure documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advising on data protection and privacy legislations, including incident management and record retention.
  • Supporting cybersecurity compliance and risk management, including advising on disclosure requirements and vendor interactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with immigration laws in EU, APAC, and MEA.

Key qualifications include an LLB/LLM degree and relevant experience as compliance counsel in multinational corporations. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of applicable regulations, independent project management skills, and ability to manage review and audit exercises effectively.
