Role Overview

Our organization is seeking an accomplished tax professional with expertise in statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audits to fill this key position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive tax audit reports, transfer pricing documentation, income tax returns, and statutory forms based on applicable laws.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before tax authorities.
  • Support senior colleagues in representing cases before tax authorities.
  • Provide expert consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
  • Offer advice on employee tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.
  • Coordinate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations while providing value-added tax advisory services.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
  • Proficiency in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and drafting abilities.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.

Key Requirements

  1. Practical experience in handling audits, compliance, and representations before tax authorities.
  2. Strong knowledge of income tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and international taxation.
  3. Familiarity with SAP and MS Office applications.
