Job Description

Codeless ONE is a Canadian, AI-driven no-code development platform that empowers businesses to rapidly create and launch enterprise applications without writing any code.

The Senior Requirements Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful iteration management.

The candidate will translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, and oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Additionally, this role requires the ability to work independently and remotely, and experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Ability to commit exclusively to Codeless ONE; outside employment or side projects that create conflicts of interest are not permitted.
