About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an ESG Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating clients through their ESG journey by combining their goals with our expertise and tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage in discovery conversations with senior executives and sustainability leaders to understand their ESG challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop customized solution proposals and decks that outline how we address client challenges, including solution design, value articulation, and next steps.
  • Serve as a domain expert on sustainability, answering technical queries on ESG standards, frameworks, carbon accounting, compliance, and assurance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and teamwork in winning and retaining business.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability advisory, or pre-sales for an ESG SaaS product.
  • Strong familiarity with sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and assurance practices (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, BRSR, CSRD).
  • Proven experience conducting client discovery, building business cases, and delivering demos in enterprise B2B environments.
  • Excellent storytelling skills to translate technical ESG and compliance requirements into business impact.
  • Ability to prepare solution documents, proposals, and ROI models that resonate with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to prepare peer benchmarking and market insights.
  • A consultative, client-first mindset with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Bonus: Experience with ESG software platforms, SaaS workflows, or carbon accounting tools.
