Job Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role that oversees quality and sustainability initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, engineering, or environmental science and experience in leading large teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Quality Strategies: Implement quality vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and international quality certifications.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Improve quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance through operational excellence initiatives.
  • Establish Quality Processes: Develop robust processes for quality assurance, quality control, audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Audit Readiness: Own audit readiness, certification, and regulatory compliance across functions.
  • Quality Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor, measure, and report on quality performance.
Sustainability & ESG Execution
  • Localize Sustainability Framework: Drive the company's sustainability and ESG framework in India in alignment with global priorities.
  • Compliance with Environmental Regulations: Ensure compliance with applicable Indian environmental regulations, standards, and ESG reporting norms.
  • Promote Sustainable Practices: Promote energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and sustainable procurement at project sites.
  • Sustainability Integration: Collaborate with procurement, HSE, engineering, and project execution teams to integrate sustainability across operations.
  • Sustainability Reporting: Lead reporting on sustainability performance for India region, including regulatory, internal, and customer requirements.
