Senior Philanthropy Director

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Philanthropy Director to spearhead our philanthropic endeavors and secure revenue for our social impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in direct fundraising, partnership development, and leadership roles.

This position is responsible for creating a comprehensive annual fundraising plan with clear objectives.

The successful candidate will develop a national network of diverse supporters, strengthen existing relationships, and add new champions and donors.

A diverse portfolio approach to fund raising will be implemented, ensuring effort and target distribution across different sources.

  • Proactively execute multiple aspects of the plan, engaging high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other pertinent entities.
  • Work closely with Foundation Leaders to establish an effective fund channelization and utilization process.
  • Keep initiative teams informed on emergent trends and outlook in terms of long-standing partnership and/or support commitments.

The Senior Philanthropy Director will lead a team to achieve these goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in business or Social Sciences with at least 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, including 3 years in a leadership position.

A driven and empathetic leader who can work across boundaries and get things done.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and comfort with the ambiguity of the fundraising universe.
