Job Title: Business Intelligence Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our enterprise-wide transformation programs. As a Business Intelligence Director, you will leverage AI, data science, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive cost-efficiency, process optimization, and innovation across global operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Transformation Leadership: Align transformation initiatives with business goals, driving measurable outcomes in productivity, billable utilization, SLA adherence, and customer experience metrics.
  • Ai/ML-Driven Innovation: Identify and champion use cases for Ai technologies, develop Ai/ML solutions, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and production-ready deployments.
  • Process Reengineering & Six Sigma: Redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Program Execution: Partner with business leaders, operations heads, and IT stakeholders to execute transformation initiatives delivering tangible ROI.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in BPO/KPO/shared services with ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory. 5+ years of experience leading Ai/ML initiatives with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle.
