Job Title: Project Director

Description:

A highly organized and proactive professional is needed to oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. They will develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.

Key responsibilities include coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution. The ideal candidate will also manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.

Additionally, they will identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans. Project performance will be tracked to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.

The selected candidate will provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management. They will ensure resource availability and allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
