Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Director to lead our MICE division in Delhi. This key role involves overseeing all operational aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality events and corporate programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of MICE events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management.
  • Lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client relations to align operational execution with business goals.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure competitive rates and quality services.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess venues, and ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and drive cost optimization.
  • Oversee compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards during event execution.
  • Handle risk management and contingency planning for seamless event delivery.
  • Prepare operational reports and MIS for senior management and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years in event operations or related roles, with 3+ years in MICE operations leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the MICE industry, event management best practices, and vendor management.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, event management software, and reporting tools.
