We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior/Lead Workday Functional Consultant.

  • This role is ideal for individuals who have 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partnering with business stakeholders and Product Management to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.
  2. Translating business requirements into effective Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Configuring and maintaining Workday modules as per business requirements.
  4. Preparing functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  5. Ensuring timely delivery of Workday configurations and supporting change management activities.
  6. Acting as an anchor resource for the offshore team and providing leadership in establishing processes, governance, and best practices.
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
