Senior Workday Expert

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and optimizing business processes to enhance workflows, automate manual tasks, and provide actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.
  • Partnering with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Providing proactive interface between business partner groups and the Workday team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementations.

Proficiency in Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder) is required. Additionally, proven functional expertise in the Workday Expense module, awareness of Workday capabilities and limitations, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing straightforward administrative tasks in Workday are necessary.

Furthermore, ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and business users is essential. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development is also beneficial.
