Workday Technical Specialist

A consulting center of excellence specializes in HR solutions, including implementation and migration projects, as a proud partner of Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integrations, reports, and customizations. The candidate should have experience in Workday HCM with a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other Workday technical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and incorporate them into integration strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture including Workday Studio EIBs and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts REST/SOAP APIs XML XSLT and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Certification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to join within 1-3 months.
  • Fluent in English additional languages are a plus.
