Inside Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our team at Healthify.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills and experience in driving business growth through inside sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Promote and sell products/services using data-driven insights and market trends to existing and prospective customers.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems, providing valuable feedback for product improvement.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and sales software, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for driving business growth and improving customer outcomes.
