We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the SaaS domain to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound calling and lead generation within the US market.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
  2. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our Product / Services effectively
  3. Lead Generation
  4. Pipeline Management
  5. Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  6. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on interactions with prospects.
  7. Track and report on key performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role within the SaaS industry.

Experience in outbound calling and lead generation in the US market

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.


Preferred: Candidate should be available to join immediately
