Your mission
- Monitor and grow your designated sales territory through targeted market analysis and identification of new sales potential (new customer acquisition).
- Develop and implement a strategy to develop the South and South East Asian market for Polycine
- Ensure comprehensive support and further development for our existing customers, fostering strong relationships and developing opportunities within the region.
- Take ownership of preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing contracts with clients.
- Be responsible, together with our partners for the distribution of our pharmaceutical specialty films and filling tubes for medical products (such as infusion and dialysis bags) in the region.
- Support Quality assurance with complaints
- Organize and represent the company in international trade fairs, meetings and events to strengthen the brand presence.
- Develop annual revenue forecasts and sales targets for your sales region
- Prepare and analyze visit reports as part of your regular sales activities and control the customer orientation and satisfaction
Your profile
- A passionate and driven salesperson with strong motivation, self-initiative, and a dedication to achieving measurable success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in flexible packaging technology, or expertise in flexible packaging.
- Preferably, you have experience with pharmaceutical packaging under cleanroom conditions.
- negotiation skills and a natural ability to persuade and achieve sales results.
- An independent work style and technical aptitude.
- Willingness to travel internationally, maintaining active and positive relationships with clients.
- Fluent English skills are essential; knowledge of other regional languages or German is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for effective client interactions.
