IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced Internal IT Manager who can manage and optimize our internal IT tools, services, and systems, ensuring all team members have the support they need to perform at their best.

As our Internal IT Manager, you’ll oversee our IT infrastructure and internal tools, focusing on managing Microsoft Entra ID (previously Microsoft Azure Active Directory), Azure, Office 365, and email systems. You will be the go-to expert for internal IT needs, from setup and maintenance to troubleshooting and enhancements, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID for identity management and secure access across all company resources.
• Administer and maintain Azure resources, including network configurations, permissions, and security protocols.
• Manage Office 365 and other internal tools, ensuring seamless integration and availability for the team.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for internal email systems and ensure robust email security measures.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support, resolving issues, and training team members as needed.
• Ensure security best practices are in place for all internal tools and services, and monitor systems for potential vulnerabilities.
• Keep documentation current and accessible, covering IT procedures, permissions, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management.
• Proficiency with Azure for managing resources, network settings, and security policies.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365, including administration and user support.
• Experience managing email systems, ensuring reliable service and security.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and proactive in implementing security measures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
