The Sales Executive shall play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding the client base of the resort. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to maximize all sales opportunities, proactively create new opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible to effectively handle and convert all guest enquiries through IVR calls and ensure accurate information is communicated to the guest to understand the guest requirement and convert them to clients.
  • Ensure all incoming calls are handled with courtesy and ensure efficient resolution of all guest inquiries for various resort services.
  • Assist to the guest in filling application form with all the required information necessary for the wellness retreat.
  • Closely coordinate with front office and billing department and communicate the guest bookings with all the required information as per the resort standards.
  • Regular and consistent communication with the operational and front desk team to ensure all booking details are handed over in a clear and concise manner, so that service is delivered to meet and exceed the guests’ expectations.
  • Ensure confirmation emails are sent to the guests whose application has been approved for the retreat program.
  • Effectively communicate with the guest throughout the booking process, ensuring all the necessary information with regard to the wellness retreat is explained and we have the full understanding of the guests’ requirements as well.
  • Meeting the guest on arrival at the resort and also taking their feedback about the retreat program during their stay in the resort to understand and resolve their queries.
  • Generate sales & promotions in coordination with corporate goals and strategies.
  • Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through prompt and accurate support and advice.
  • Work with the organizations leadership team to bring our business purpose & vision to fruition by developing & delivering our plans.
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets.


Qualifications


  • Degree with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
  • Minimum 02 to 04 years of proven work experience in hospitality/service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management in Health/Wellness industry.
  • Should be well-versed with sending emails and presentations to top business clients.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results in Hotel/Health/Wellness industry
