Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs. This includes sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates who possess the skills, knowledge, and personal qualities necessary to excel in their roles.

You will work closely with various departments to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition. Your expertise will help build a strong employer brand, enhance the candidate experience, and foster a positive reputation within the industry.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to fill open positions across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on staffing needs.
  • Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hire.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement training programs for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to address complex recruitment challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with recruitment software.
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • SHRM or HRCI certification.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
