Job Role

This is a true business generalist role that involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives.

It's an intense, always-on, high-impact position.

You will enjoy all things business and sales, juggling multiple initiatives and like rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

The role involves working with different business functions to solve problems with first-principle thinking, managing key partnerships, supporting HR and org-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs.
  • Own and drive key partnerships ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards.

What Makes You a Good Fit?
  • 2+ years of experience in early-stage startups on the business side.
  • Prior experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Able to context-switch between domains without losing depth.
  • Comfortable operating in disorder and able to adapt quickly.
  • High agency and ability to make things happen.
