Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our HR team in Hosur (near Bangalore). The role focuses on compensation and benefits management, ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained.

This position requires someone who can work closely with payroll and HR teams but has a specific focus on Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, not general HR or payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
  • Total Rewards Design and Implementation: Support the design and implementation of compensation policies, collaborating with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Salary Benchmarking and Market Research: Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-7 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Candidates from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes are preferred.
  • Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation is essential.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally are required.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a 6-day work week environment.
