We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and contribute to the development of our employer brand strategy.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team.
  • You will be responsible for supporting and suggesting improvements to the entire recruitment process, hosting in-house recruitment events, discussing employees' career development paths with managers, monitoring HR metrics, reviewing departmental budgets, organizing learning and development programs, and ensuring HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS), solid understanding of labor legislation, excellent communication abilities, leadership skills, and ability to foster healthy employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring efficient and effective hiring practices.
  2. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment, aligning with labor regulations and industry best practices.
  3. Develop compensation and benefits plans, taking into account market trends and business objectives.
  4. Suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process, identifying areas for growth and optimization.
  5. Host in-house recruitment events, showcasing the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
  6. Discuss employees' career development paths with managers, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
  7. Monitor HR metrics, tracking key performance indicators such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire.
  8. Review departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource allocation.
  9. Organize learning and development programs, enhancing the skills and knowledge of HR staff.
  10. Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner, maintaining open communication channels.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations, promoting a positive work environment.
