Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
