We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team. As an HR Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in the effective management and maintenance of our HR system.

Skill Requirements
  • Ability to manage and maintain the HR system, including data integrity, workflow processes, auditing, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to triage helpdesk tickets and provide first-line support for HR system queries.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and implement workflows that align with business policies and support the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in conducting end-to-end testing of new functionalities across HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide system configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support.
  • Ability to produce and interpret reports and dashboards for people analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable, accurate HR data.
  • Experience in performing regular audits, system updates, and ensuring compliance with data policies such as GDPR.
  • Ability to deliver training and documentation to users on system functionality and self-service processes.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work with various stakeholders, including People, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
  • Strong technical expertise and data insights to support strategic HR initiatives through the system.
