System Security Analyst

At the heart of every successful organization lies a robust infrastructure that supports seamless operations. As a System Security Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our HR systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of security principles, protocols, and best practices. With expertise in system administration and digital capabilities, you will handle the implementation and maintenance of various HR systems within our organization.

Maintaining accurate user access, managing roles, and performing configuration changes across systems is crucial to adhering to information security policy, regulatory rules, and privacy controls. Effective communication and collaboration with operations, product, and technology teams are essential to unlock the full potential of our HR systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Maintain user access within Oracle HCM system and related security process documentation.
  • • Build custom roles supporting HCM application and HR business processes.
  • • Monitor, resolve, and respond to access questions and requests pertaining to Oracle HCM system access and functionality.
  • • Partner with managers and peers within the team to support agile execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.
  • • Become a domain expert for HCM system access and configuration. Work with Oracle on enablement of new features, problem resolution, and quarterly improvements and post-launch configuration.
  • • Collaborate with CEG teams, Technology, and other partners supporting roadmaps and looking for security process improvements with our Oracle HCM products.
Security Management

The selected candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading security management for enterprise-scale SaaS applications. In-depth knowledge of HCM application security management, including Security Console, HCM Role types, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security policy, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, and other user administration activities is required.

Experience working with SailPoint (IIQ) is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence others through partnerships. A good balance of discernment and knowledge, along with a proven track record of driving platform changes with a customer-first approach, is essential.
