Oracle HCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM implementation specialist to lead the deployment and project management of our HR system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.

  • Drive digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  3. System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  4. Training, testing & Quality assurance of HR tech products: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  5. Change Management and digital adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  2. Experience:
    1. Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
    2. Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
    3. Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
    4. Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or any other third-party tools).
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
