Job Title: Cloud HR Functional Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud HR Functional Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Design and implement complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
  • Configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
  • Work with small and large teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Develop and maintain functional design specification documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. A deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn.
  2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
