  • Recruit and retain top talent by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds, utilizing initial screening, personal interviews, and telephonic interviews to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to assess training needs, provide coaching, counseling, and employee development programs.

HR Operations and Administration

Oversee daily HR functions, including payroll administration, benefits coordination, and compliance with relevant employment laws.

Employee Relations and Engagement

Cultivate a positive working culture by fostering open communication channels, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances promptly and fairly.

Strategic Planning and Development

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Support the growth and development of employees across various departments, promoting a healthy work-life balance and enhancing overall job satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in HR management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
