  • Management of payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance resolution processes
  • Development of training programs and shaping the company culture
  • Serving as a key point of contact for both employee relations and process improvements
  • Collaboration with leadership on people strategy, organizational structure, and growth initiatives

This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, experience in human resources, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
