Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead all aspects of human resources functions.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead with strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices across recruitment, talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Analyze market trends to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
    • Mange the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention and satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge workplace culture.
    • Promote recognition programs and performance incentives.
  • Performance Management:
    • Oversight of the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in adherence to labor laws and regulations.
    • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
    • Serve as a liaison for audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Identify skill gaps and create learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
    • Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Create competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives.
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Contribute to organizational strategy by providing HR insights and workforce planning.
    • Lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
