Job Title: Administrative Assistant in Human Resources

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through various platforms and databases.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and other events.
  • Prepare orientation materials for new employees, including onboarding packages and welcome packets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS system, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with senior HR staff.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events, promoting teamwork and morale.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Contribute to general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as business administration or organizational development.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of local language (Kannada) is an added advantage.
